Q: Have you tested all your cars before delivery?

 Yes, we will conduct 100% inspection on the products before delivery to make sure the high quality besides the factory’s QC and QA.

Q: Is your car new or used?

Our cars are almost brand-new and unused. According to China’s export policy, we follow the following procedure:

(1) Registration in China

(2) Return the license after arriving at the Chinese export port

(3) The brand-new car will be exported directly to your country after the license is returned.

Q: How about shipping and delivery period?

The delivery time will be various by different cars, please contact with our sales or online  service for details. Normally delivery time will be 15-30 days after receiving your deposit by TT.

Q: What are your terms of payment?

30% as deposit and 70% final payment before delivery. We will show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q: How to guarantee my order after placing an order?

We will track your order and provide pictures and videos during the process. After delivery, the location of the car will also be tracked and provided to you until you receive it. There will also be dedicated customer service to receive your follow-up feedback.

Q: What is the ordering process?

(1)Select your preferred car, confirmed the price and delivery term with our sales.

(2) We create Alibaba Trade Assurance order or prepare the Pl with bank details.

(3)Make deposit payment or issue L/C.

(4)After deposit payment confirmed, the cars will be ready for delivery.

(5)Balance payment should be done before delivery.
